- He later joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising Fortune 500 companies on strategy, cost reduction, corporate development, and M&A.
Real Estate Experience
- Christian and Glen Gunawan have built a portfolio of 60 rental units, focusing on multifamily and apartment complexes.
- Christian has renovated countless units and has experience in building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in Los Angeles.
- He has hundreds of permits with the City of Los Angeles and managed subcontractors and construction projects, ensuring timely, cost-efficient completions.
- Christian holds both a real estate license and a broker’s license in California, further expanding his industry capabilities.
Education
- Christian earned a B.A. in Economics and Financial Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Glen Gunawan
Professional Experience
- Glen’s career began with engineering internships at Amway and British Petroleum, where he ensured compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- He transitioned into management consulting at BCG, advising Fortune 500 companies on operations and strategy.
Real Estate Experience
- Together with Christian, Glen has built a portfolio of 60 rental units, focusing on multifamily and apartment complexes.
- He has successfully led renovation projects, including a fix- and-flip in Seattle, and follows a buy-and-hold investment strategy influenced by his family’s success in the Los Angeles real estate market.
- Glen’s early exposure to real estate began by assisting his parents with residential fix-and-flip projects and managing properties in the USA and Indonesia, gaining broad experience across the real estate value chain.
Education
- Glen earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
