Program Description

Simply Leased LLC (“Simply Leased”) sends text messages to prospective tenants, current residents, property owners, and vendors who have opted in to receive them. Messages include showing confirmations and reminders, rental application and lease updates, maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and account notices. We do not send marketing messages.

How to Opt In

You can opt in by entering your mobile number on our contact form and checking the SMS consent box, or by agreeing in writing on your lease or vendor onboarding form. Consent is not a condition of any lease or service.

Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or contact us.
